Recruits will learn the Lighting Console, PowerPoint system, Projector operation, and learn about the multitude of lighting instruments up in the catwalk area. You should be able to climb up into the catwalk area for light maintenance. 

This position requires dedication and faithfulness. Time involved is 1 hour prior to services, plus maintenance work as needed.

Both Art and Science play into this position, and the immediate satisfaction of a ministry well done is the reward.
